QA Networking Manager (Hanoi, Vietnam - Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be part of the global QA organization responsible for testing entire product solution which includes embedded software testing, system testing, and/or Software Defined Network (SDN) platform testing.

• Responsible for managing QA testing efforts and resources in Vietnam.

• Work closely with QA teams in other sites to drive and ensure quality products are delivered on time.

• Hands-on testing and delivery of quality products

• Evolve and drive innovation in our testing processes.

• Collaborate and align with multi-disciplinary teams to fulfill product/project success

• Prepare clear and insightful written documentation as needed from the different stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members to achieve performance excellence.


Requirements:

• BS or MS in Electronics, Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 10 years of relevant testing experience and 5 years leading software QA team or multiple teams (team size of 10).

• Experience with developing or testing of Service Provider/Enterprise switch products.

• Solid knowledge in TCP/IP, BGP, DHCP, SNMP, MPLS is preferred.

• Solid understanding of cloud managed systems. This includes overall ecosystem knowledge from provisioning, onboarding, runtime management and controls.

• Knowledgeable in API testing is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience of testing concepts and methodologies including agile methodology, test case creation, bug fixing and test reporting.

• Experience in using test management tools (TestRail, JIRA) is a must.

• Experience in automated test tools like Cucumber, Test Complete is a plus.

• Experience in automation languages like TCL, Java and Python is preferred.

• Must be highly flexible to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Be self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and able to meet demanding project schedules with minimal supervision.

• Possess excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills

• Strong English Language skills, verbal and written

• Good leadership and mentoring skills

• Willing to travel when required
